steve vai is a virtouso, which means he can do just about anything with the guitar, zakk wylde is just a regular dude who likes to play guitar, and he does it with many effects and play's the same arpeggios very fast so it looks like hes playing diffrent licks, but actually all he does is playing with effects and harmonics to play the same patterns to give it a diffrent sound.

Zac has better solos then you showed, you have to pick players that play in the same manor; it would be like taking Kirk Hammett and putting him against Michael angelo battio.. barrio would eat his ass.
