Yeah, that new 5.0 stang is really quick. It actually slightly beat the new E92 M3 V8 in a race in one of the mags. It ran a 12.7 @ 111 and change mph in the 1/4. They were neck and neck in the handling & braking department as well. Unreal considering it costs like half the price of the M3.

So they stick to drag and talk big behind that. If you brought a Mustang GT and a G35 or just a 330/335i. I'm sure the Mustang would've been left far behind.
Well said, the Mustang is just another muscle in a frame. I personally owned a 2005 infiniti g35 and have raced several mustangs ranging in years and have only lost once on ONE straight away....i now own a 2009 infiniti g37S and i have to say infiniti is king in overall handling for its class...even over the BMW 3 series
I would definitely pick the G37S over the 335i. The new VQ37HR motor has stronger rods as well so it's easier to push the engine. Looks like the G37 doesn't have any problem pushing up to 600WHP stock motor vs people being scared to push more than 400WHP on the stock VQ35DE motor. GTM's coming out with a new Centrifugal SC, stage 1 gets 550WHP. I think Stillen Stage 4 on a G35 got like mid 400's, lol. Looking to trade my G35 for a G37S soon.
