Please dont hate me but, although you obviously love your Marshall microphone, it is, to the best of my knowledge, what they refer to as a side-address microphone... imagine a person's head... right now it's the equivalent of speaking to the top of a person's head, as opposed to his face. I believe if you look at the mic, you will see an indicator dot or mark, which is the direction you should be speaking into---- then, you want to talk about clarity? It should be even clearer!
