I don't think blaming someone is something we should be focusing on, who cares who messed up, we all are to blame, do you drive a car or mow your lawn? I hope Mother Nature gets her head together and frees herself of us parasites who are sucking the life blood right out of her and spewing it all over the beaches filled with carcasses. To be fair, I just got through looking at Halliburton's Annual Report for 2009, and Cheney is NOT on the Board of Directors. I'm not sure if he has other ties to the company.

To me, providing those contracts are ties in themselves.
