I actually diet using your theory a few years ago. I only ate one meal a day and it was whatever i wanted then, even fastfood. but just one meal. and i lost 10kg. ! so i'm putting it out there that your method works! :)

So maybe that's why I'm so skinny, because I skip a lot of meals but ate a lot in one meal. And I'm here to prove that the sit up part really works cuz I do that too. XD I'll stick to the hello kitty webcam for the giveaway since I'm quite a hello kitty lover and I only can use the dog collar on my soft toy and I don't have a bb so it's hello kitty webcam or nothing.
