  • dude you want 2 get a copperband butterfly for that aptasia it will seriously get worse and kill all of your coral

  • Because he bought the LR @ Petland Iowa City!!

  • lol!

  • why do you have so much aptasia...theyre nasty pests

  • I ran out of Aiptasia-X, and I hate using kalkwasser...I'm really hoping the Peppermint Shrimp do something!

  • Do you just put Aiptasia-X in the tank or do u inject it individually?

My local store said that it works best if you inject them individually with a syringe.

Im saving up for a 75 gallon tank(sould be saving up for a house but what the hell :)

Im waiting to get a Green Mandrain...that fish looks like its wearing a dress; soo dam beautiful.

Im surprized you don't have any Clowns or Royal Gramma; hardy fish.

How long have you been into marine tanks? Was 75 gallon your first one?

    Shave lol

  • Yeah - you inject it individually. I actually got desperate and worked on ONE rock for like 30 minutes yesterday with boiling water injections. I got soaking wet, water all over the floor, and it still didn't kill them all. I want a green mandarin too! I like the Royal Gramma but I think it might clash (literally) with my orchid dottyback...

My first ever tank is a 14 gallon Biocube that I started not quite a year ago. I'll take the shaving request into consideration. :-)

  • Wow, thats a lot of aiptasia! You could try some peppermint shrimp, although they look a little to big for the shrimp to take down. You could also try some berghia nudibranches or a copperbanded butterfly. Other then that you could just take them out one by one with some joes juice.

Otherwise cool update! Glad to see everything is doing well. Whatever happened to that anthias in the overflow?

  • I just bought a couple of peppermint shrimp tonight. :-) I'd kind of like to try the CBB but haven't had good luck keeping them alive.

The anthias was okay for a couple of days but I haven't seen it for a couple of weeks now, so I presume it has gone to anthias heaven.

  • Great video it´s always a pleasure to see aquarium images and their life.

Im a aqua lover too soon ill post somethings from mine.
