haha, im not using it as a caop, i'm just using it to mute the strings im not playing, so there's no excess noise:)

@skleung Try using a scrunchie, I got a 4-pack of big fluffy ones for like 1.50$. You can slide them on or off at your desire. Also really good stuff, I'm also a big fan of tapping and ambinetal delay. Keep it up!

compressor definitely helps when your tapping with a clean tone. If your using distortion/overdrive, you don't necessarily need a compressor to make it possible:)

and yes...having something that mutes the unplayed strings just makes it less noisy:)

That isn't used for a capo, its used to mute the strings im not tapping:)

you should check out the MAB string dampner, it does the same thing and you can turn it off
