This is not right. He should first give breath to him then do chest compression.

@fxkill2006 he did, didnt you see him turn his head twice to listen for breathing after every (fake) breath. he didnt actually touch lips cuz the patient is a fuckin alive volunteer

In all reaality, most drowning victims are usuallyspewing with vomit from the pressure changes. It is very hard to without a CPR mask.
