how hard do the kids throw at 14 yrs at the east cobb level, and the 15 year old level

Not sure about 14u old level. 15u level can range/average anywhere from about 87-90 for a fastball. (This video was a game from 16U astros.)

when i faced the 14u ecb astros the three pitchers we faced threw 81, 86, and 77
