Not true. Sidewalks are on the property of the business owner, but the business owner must allow the city to contruct a sidewalk on his property and allow people to walk on it. In many cities, the owner is responsible for the sidewalk in front of his store.

I didn't say there was anything wrong with smoking weed. Just don't be a fuck up all your life and grow up. I have set in the coffeeshops of Amsterdam many times and smoked weed, but I don't smoke it before work and or during work. Not true. Sidewalks are on the property of the business owner, but the business owner must allow the city to contruct a sidewalk on his property and allow people to walk on it. In many cities, the owner is responsible for the sidewalk in front of his store.
