Oh God, the fucking quarantine zone, brings back some terrifying (and recent) memories when I had to go through that area for an annoying side quest. The worst part about the quarantine zone isn't that it's got Infected and they come infinitely, it's that if you die at a point near it (on some piers in the river), you'll be forcibly respawned right in it. When that happens, I simply make my way to the rooftops, and from there find a way out. My heart pounds just thinking of it.
