  • the name of the song [well dance] is the Charleston. look it up on you tube to find more video. you can also download it off limewire.

  • What is the song!?? The Charleston of course!

  • woah you dont know the lovley charleston?! youre missing out big time buddy =]

This movie, fitzgerald, and the 20's ...very beautiful ....

  • They should still do this today and the way they did it back then, it really is decadant, but its great.

  • What decadence!!! And what a good party!

  • Well it's labeled as being 143 minutes, and I see no reason to disagree with them. I would deffently recommend you buy this movie too! Of the 4 verisons of The Great Gatsby, this is by far the best. Redford, Farrow, Durn, Waterston, they all do a fantastic job in it.

  • @DGatsby And Lois Chiles as Jordan Baker, and W. C. Wilson as Myrtle's jealous husband. The stars epitomized the characters. Oddly, this film was critic panned when first released. Yet yes, captures The Jazz Age far better than the 1940s Hollywood black/white film with Alan Ladd and, miscast as Daisy, Betty Field (earthy, who'd have made a good Myrtle; not fittingly ethereal and aristocratic as was Mia Farrow). Too, great music, sets, costumes, acting by "extra"s to recreate the local color.

  • where do you get this from?

  • I just recorded it from the DVD using my camera, that explains the low quality.

  • how long is this movie?? i would like to buy this dvd, too.

  • Great movie. I love the party scene

  • NEEDS MORE TOM BUCHANAN

  • Great Movie
