I don't get it. In most of these scenes you have the right to refuse giving id or search to a police officer if there's no proof of you doing something wrong, yet the game forces you to give yourself up the police. Just type in this in youtube "'Papers please' for reporter at Texas capitol shooting investigation".

This game had the potential to be great, but it sadly turned out to be below average. The last third of the game seemed haphazardly written and the start of the game was a bit lame.

Its hard to believe that some random murder would be on the front page of any New York newspaper. New York has one of the highest homicide rates by state in the US, so the media would have a hell of a lot more than some murder in a diner to report.
