You might be okay on FIFA (but to be fair, you normally only show the games you win), but you are terrible at UT!

Instead of wasting money on fitness cards, just play an offline match with your players on the bench - you will regain fitness in your 1st team. Instead of discarding bronze players, keep them to use in tournaments or put them on 3 day sale at 150/200. Buy at night, sell at 6pm and you will make profit. And if you're going to play 4 - 4 - f'ing 2, buy players that play in that pref
