I've always had to laugh at the way these adventure toons from the 70s and 80s had the characters wasting time talking about how they had no time to waste.
i am particularly fond of the SF episode "The Man in the Moon", which featured the Atom AND Apache Chief against a monster that burst the moon and tried to eat Earth.
I love all the new powers they gave to the Atom. Atomic speed, atomic vibrations, flight, and super-strength. And I thought he'd be no help rescuing a cable car.
I remember in the comics he could do most of those things already. Speed when he'd go through phone lines, flight by gliding on wind currents, super strength through his size & weight controls.
aren't there more superfriends episodes with wonder woman and the atom? i once saw one named "elevator to nowhere" and it was about they travel in time. don't you have it?
Yes there are. In 1980 the Super Friends expanded their membership and the story you mentioned first appeared that year among others. Eventually that will be on here.
@Quislet (good name, I get the reference) I noriced that too. when he launched off the shelf at the Hall, I was like...he...can't fly...
