Hull weren'e two points up. This was right at the end of the game. The hooter either went during the play or during the scrap, because then Ganson had one of his 'jobs worth' moments by insisting that the penalty was played out instead of blowing his final whistle (either side scoring wouldn't have affected the result).

He also changed his mind over who should have the penalty, just to add to the confusion.

Tbh, saints really did deserve to win, coz they played better rugby, some of the decisions made by the ref weren't fair.. for both sides but i mean saints won, and they deserved it.. and fair enough to people that thought the first try was forward., as it was.. but one of hulls tries was forward and that was still allowed, so it just cancelled it out, and even if it hadn't been allowed saints would have still won =)
