Wow! Fantastic work! You are a Pro! And your vids are among the best on youtube. I have learned so much from watching your vids. Very simple and yet artistic. I'vve doone about 8-9 wattermelons now and I am nearing your skills. I also do this with only a 3" paring knife though- I need to get a carving blade like yours to get faster and more detail out of the melons. Where did you purchase your knife? BTW, in my opinion, you are a great teacher of this art! More vids please!
