This looks delicious - you say you're not a chef but you make the preparation look easy. Does your husband eat raw too? I'm a vegetarian trying to make the transition to raw food but I seem to be held back - I think I'm afraid my family and colleagues will think I'm crazy. Do you ever get weird looks when you tell people you're raw? I enjoy watching your transformation videos as well (and you're not boring like you may think)!

It was really yummy! I did GREAT for thanksgiving! I did stick with eating raw and honestly, I'm glad I did! I didn't want to feel disgustingly full like everyone else did! How about you? How was your thanksgiving?!

Hahahaha! Yeah, I asked him to be in the video and he got all shy and said he didn't want to. But he is fine commenting behind the scenes! LOL! Did you prepare any dishes that you could eat and share with other that were vegan for thanksgiving? You would be surprised how much omnivores like good vegan food!! ;)
