    The debate about marijuana is over. Less harmful than aspirin or beer. It's time to get rid of the Prohibition and stop putting people in jail for smoking. Alcohol is a far greater problem!

  • Gatewood is one of my favorite Americans, but he didn't mention that legalization will surely cause a collapse in the price; supply and demand must be factored into his figures. Dea's point about lack of addictive qualities is only partially correct. It isn't physically addictive, but even I've known people who can't stop smoking it. It would also be advisable to remind people that HEMP is also a profitable plant! Kentucky has a proud, rich heritage of hemp! Regardless - I'm on their side!
