In a double battle, Regigigas should really be upgraded to Uber on the right teams, because once you get rid of it's terrible ability, it's one of the strongest pokemon there. In a single battle though it wouldn't do quite as well unless perhaps you could get the ability Mummy from Cofigrigius onto your opponent, but that isn't quite as good as this strategy of putting Unburden on it =)

@sputpie Crush Grip is most powerful when the opponent has full health (I think it's equal to Giga Impact at that point, but I'm not sure), so it's best for when you're altering Gigas's stats so it always downs them in one hit, like in this video. Return is better if you're trying to stall out Slow Start - it's more all-purpose.

@WJL4418 Regigigas has the highest attack (apart from Deoxys Attack form) and quite high statistics. Have a look on serebii if you are interested. That is why it is very powerful in double battles... provided you are smart enough to use it properly.

You can also Drain Punch on BLISSEY, maybe even OHKOing it. If you DO OHKO it, you will gain a guaranteed 100% HP heal.

You Psych Up the defense changes which is understandable. It's also understandable that the Dialga used Roar of Time... But Giratina used earth power the last turn, so I'm not seeing how you got to go psych up immediately to drain punch...

Drifblim is a Ghost type, so Explosion won't hurt it. Also, I doubt ANYONE disobeys Species Clause... Even nooblets follow that one.

And hey, if the opponent wants to wipe out two of their Pokemon right off the bat just to make it easier to send in Regigigas, I wouldn't see any problem with that.

Nice strategy; it would probably destroy just about any uber team without a Water Spout-toting Kyogre in the lead. In which case, you'd need a Choice Scarfed Azelf with Explosion to take out Kyogre and its partner; it won't do a thing to Drifblim and as long as Kyogre's leading partner isn't Giratina--which is highly unlikely--you should be fine.
