The films name is wat @simlock62 said (Kirchen). It is a very rare film indeed. The music director is- Sunita Anuradha, year of release is (1972) not 1962! I have the M.Rafi biography which has close to 5,000 songs listed. The lyrics was written by Anveer Nadeem. I have EP of this film & on the cover, only the name is stated no picture is available. I think its a cancelled film. I hope dis was helpful!

It should be Kirchan with an "a", and I am 100% sure that this name is correct. If I find more info about the MD and more I will share
