  • wow. that's like impossible!

I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it.

    you're awesome!

  • SJUKT! FY FAN VA COOLT!

  • Wow Amazing oxygen use.... Thats a long time underwater.... I will be happy becoming half that good to get into the SEALs. But this.... is inspiring. Almost 3 minutes underwater. Just WOW

  • Very nice, good job!!! :D

  • Nice job! I like the smile that overcomes you in the end. It's like the few breaths back on the surface at that point bring you a high of satisfaction to be alive.

  • que es lo que se pone en el cuelloo?

  • his back gets redder

  • To : controlp41

    That technique calls Karpa =D

Guys- dive safe, be safe =D

  • what is your breathing technique at the beginning?? please inform???

  • A question, i'm currently training for this, i'm at 50 mts. do you find better to swim really slow almost to a stop like in your vid, and do the turns without pushing to hard? have you ever tried swiming a little faster, just a little? thanks.

  • lol going faster wud prolly raise ur heart rate not really good for dynamic apnea

  • verry nice diving, i whish i could dive as long as u XD. how can i improve my lung and make it bigger, what can i do to keep my heartbeats down?? please help me :P

  • Once you are past your teen years you cant make your lungs any bigger by training. You need to practice diaphragmatic respiration, pranayama, and autogenic training. Buy Umberto Pelizzari book on Freediving. Its not cheap but I just bought it and its got all you need to know.

  • aha,

ok thx for the info ^^

  • buenos pulmones

    jjjjjj

  • you did 138m and stayed underwater for almost 3 minutes.

I watched this video "Anders Larsson - 145m DNF" and he did 145m but stayed underwater for 2:30 minutes.

So if you work on your strokes you will be able to do at least 150m

  • nice swim. was just wondering, do you do a static warm up or do you just jump in and swim? any help would be cool thanks

  • No warm up for me :p.

  • nice dive, How much weight do you use in your neckweight?

  • To much! Around 6.5 kg :)!

  • Great dive. Do you have a record in dynamic apnea with fins?

  • Good luck in your training in free diving!

  • Very good, Marcus! Thanks for sharing - it's good to watch it as training material.

  • holy shit, this sweed is good.. its hard enough to do 50

  • Goood!

  • can I ask you what you think about during your swim/dive? Are you concentrating on you technique/staying calm? Imaging a small cylinder to fit into? Also, what's the name of the audio track? it's awesome! reminds me of Bjork :)

  • It is different every time and on different parts of the dive. But no cylinder for me, more relaxation and a little technique. I just kind of do it and don´t think so much about it during the dive mostly. The song is "The knife - like a pen" and yes, it is good :p!

  • awesome technique. you are part dolphin now

  • i can barely go 50

  • ber du dom 50 sek eller? ja är ochså från lysekil:P

  • cool! I want to see u in static apnea contest!

  • DU är så j*vla snygg!

  • Jag vet, bra mycket snyggare än dig i alla fall :p!

  • ey ja får hänga me upp o testa nån dag så får du lära mig dina hemliga knep o knåp. puss

  • Självklart, du är alltid välkommen!
