Pattaya over recent years have given great returns on rental property. View Talay 6 is in the best location in Pattaya, on beach road, next to the largest newest build shopping complexe in the City, minutes walk from walking street, temples, soi 7,8 Central pattaya

And to make things even sweeter, some investers are receiving 12% return from the View Talay apartment while still owning the apartment.

Some people have bought the apartment to retire in later but to make income in the meantine.

Why not buy one, they are giving a 12 per cent return, on the beach next to the new Hilton hotel. If the Hilton Hotel are investing in this area of town, we shouldn't we ?
