You are correct, most Black females that grew up the way I did (very rough inside and outside of home) didn't grow from their environment. I will share my personal info with you, thanks for asking. I grew up in an urban intercity. My Mother(nurse) is Black, father(retired alcoholic) mixed. My Mother took a lot of afflictions out on me, my 4 sisters still suffer certain repercussions because of them(abusive relationships etc) I have as well, unconditioning and make better choices than bad ones
