Football is a game of men. What the striker did was an act of playground elementary school play. It's not offsides, as the striker technically made the challenge, but a traditionalist referee may have disallowed the goal and given the striker a talk on honor.

In any case it's embarrassing to watch. Terrible vision for the goalkeeper, and the fact that the other team celebrated so vivaciously is a shame.

It's offside only if the attacking team player kicked the ball to pass the ball to the striker while the striker was ahead of the last defender. This time the goalie (defending team) "passed" the ball to the striker while he was still in onside position because of the previous play.

The goalie just didn't notice here that the guy was behind him, pretty lax defending for club level play.
