@TheeDevilWearsPrada DAAANG LMAO! Why do you have all the new stuff? I have a spider 3 LOL!!! and its SHIT. idk but i always though spider amps were pure crap. Is the spider IV any different? and 120 watts must be fucking loud lol.
@TheeDevilWearsPrada I only bought it because my marshall became unreliable and I needed something really reliable for gigging, and that didn't mean I needed to buy loads of seperate pedals. I'm not a massive fan of Spider amps for live stuff or recording, but their good for at home use just because their simple to use and that and the presets is kinda cool, I was originally going to buy a Spider III but they didn't have any left so they gave me a IV for £100 cheaper ha.
@guitarpete888 Oh wow..lucky haha. I thought spider amps were supposed to sound bassy? Or is it just mine? Urs sounds fine. U should listen to mine. Even with the treble all the way up, it sounds way too bassy. I should sell it.
@TheeDevilWearsPrada hmmm, have you tried messing with the mids? I've always found the spider amps too have too much trebel in my own experience ha. soon i'm going to turn my old marshall combo amp into a head and buy a cab for it just requires money which i don't have at the moment, sucks being 17. need a job lol
@TheeDevilWearsPrada its on a shelf :) rofl sorta like a book shelf with really big spaces it just works out best there because everything is eye level when i'm lazy and can't be bothered to get out my chair when recording
