  • @samlammd I just got the derma roller for scars i was just wondering if i can use that if im currently using antibiotics and tazorac most of my acne is gone and now i just have scars but like i said im still using them

  • @teabaggingzombies i think that should be fine. check with your derm.

  • Dr Lammd: how many sessions of treatment do I require for satisfactory result?!

I Have only one chickenpox-like scar on my left cheek.

    Thank you

  • @amirpana small scar, maybe 1 to 3 rounds.

  • how much does this cost?

  • @vengadorsky call my office 972-312-8188. :)

  • god damn it my left ear

  • i use dermaflage to cover my acne scars. i have tried all of the creams and lasers which helped make them better but they are still there.

  • I really like this video, thanks

  • Where country is it?

  • @Peteraya United States

  • acne fuckin sucks. i don't have it as serious as some people, but nothing sucks more ass than waking up in the morning to a big juicy red bump on my face.

  • How much do you charge for this surgery?

  • @Coletontv if you don't mind, give my office a call 972-312-8188 and ask about the cost for CROSS. i have been asked by my staff not to publish pricing on here. :) if you prefer you can email info at lamfacialplastics [dot com] but allow a few days for a response. we are just flooded with queries.

  • @TheBachelorRnB the only guidance that i have to give you is to have someone with good experience work on you. i have quite a bit of experience and many fly in to see me but i am sure you can find someone good to take care of me closer to you.

  • @ji3200 probably should be fine. :)

  • Comment removed

  • @ji3200 in my hands they are both safe. 30% tca cross does not make sense. it won't do anything. at the very minimum 60% can do something but it is not as effective as 100%. make sure you go to someone who is experienced. i recently took care of a patient from LA whose face was filled with deep holes because he went to an unqualified practitioner doing the cross. it is very dangerous in the wrong hands. every 4 months is fine even with 100% but it must be done by the right person.

  • @samlammd your patien had a deep holes because somebody didn't do it right? is it possible putting too much tca solution on it or the person took the scab too early?

  • @ji3200 no, those are deep holes that she naturally had from scarring. scabbing is not a big deal but you can put too much tca and cause a problem too. you have to be very very careful with it.

  • I agree the co2 laser has been reducing my pigment I just believed that if i could get the surface smooth that would be better and i believe it can happen because the indents are so shallow my derm just cant seem to raise the scarred skin though she has raised it alot but every time we do fillers it looks filled in correctly she told me that swelling occurs shortly after the needle pricks so it looks filled in then the swelling goes away and its not as filled i need to get the skin smooth

  • @MeadowTVrus i appreciate the effort. you can send me an email to samlammd@yahoo.com. can't promise anything though.

  • @samlammd what if i get a new pimple coming from tca treatment area? can i use salicylic acid acne medication next day after tca treatment? please reply me

  • Thanks doctor lam is is there a way that i can show u i don't live in Dallas i would have to travel to you but if you are certain that you could fix it i would travel as soon as possible again it is very small and very shallow dent. with some color and skin texture differences it is about 3 millimeters long but it indents and even though its short it makes it noticeable. it started off being a raised scar with a line in it. then i got cortisone injections and now it is flat with a shallow line

  • Thanks doc can you do a tca cross on ethnic skin and on a scar formed from trauma its a small indented line and it makes it haerd for makeup to cover it because of the dent i have tried fillers but the indented line is so thin its hard for my dermatologist to hit the line to fill it in. will co2 laser help to get the skin surrounding down to the level of the dent eventually makeup can cover the discoloration if the area was all the same level but it wont cover texture differences help please

  • @MeadowTVrus for linear scars, CROSS is not great. if it is slightly indented mechanical (not micro) dermabrasion by a skilled individual could help but i would have to see it to make certain. co2 is not a great idea because it will change the skin color and it is not as reliable as dermabrasion.

  • Hello Dr lam i would like to know if with punch excision can it apply to a scar from trauma. if so will the skin that is put in the are heal back together seamlessly i have a scar that is very small and dented in in the form of a indented smal line can i ever ghet the skin lasered off down to the indented skin so that all of the skin has a flat texture

  • @MeadowTVrus i personally do not believe punch excisions are safe or reliable. that is why i prefer to use CROSS as featured in this video in which i raise the indentation to the level of the normal skin rather than the other way around.

  • Hey Doctor, just wondering. Do you also specialize in South East Asian patients as well? i.e. Filipino, Thais and indonesians. Just wondering. Thanks !

  • @ShaolinSurfer777 sure, of course!

  • Acne scars somebody a lot more on the emotional rather than the physical side. That's why individuals are seeking natural acne cures. Did you know just by drinking water, old skin will be replaced by new skin faster, thus curing acne faster? I would like to share a lot more knowledge but youtube wont let me put the link here, so I put it on my profile.

  • Dr.Lam : i have acne scars on my face .so if i do plastic surgery, well these be removed.??? and plz also tell me the cost??

  • @rehmanshaidu you do not need surgery but i use two techniques: CROSS (as featured in this video) for small pits and silicone injections for larger holes. i am not at liberty to put prices here. i will send you a private message. if you are interested call my office 972-312-8188 or 888-866-3388.

  • Doesn't vaseline CLOG pores?

  • @greenacidfusion yes, but it is only intended for a few days to let the areas heal well.

  • Dr. Lam, do you think there will be any kind of more substantial treatment for acne scars? Such as some kind of stem-cell tissue regeneration or some such process that will actually create a drastic improvement? Also, do you recognize punch excision?

  • @bonnardable thanks for the question. i think we are far away from having reliable stem cell technology to improve the condition, at least as far as i have seen. i personally think in most cases punches carry more risk than benefit in terms of worsening the condition. therefore i do not use it. thanks again.

  • I had severe acne for 3 years and was prescribed with antibiotics, retin-a and differin. I refused to take accutane then my doctor prescribed me RETRIEVE CREAM which is very cheap here in nz for just 3 dollars. It worked for me, I thought I will never win this battle. i used a korean serum and moisturizer SULWHASOO it is quite expensive but it worked wonders to my skin.

  • nothing changed!! not at all!

  • @koskowa this is not a before and after. just trying to show the recovery process.

  • the best thing is...watch your diet...if you maintain a healthy diet...have good bowels (important to trash your toxic wastes) then you will gain a good skin.I used to have very bad acne when I was in my teens...and that was what my dermatologist advised me then...I followed that advise and my skin got better.I recovered with minimal scars.for those who have acne out there, do not despair, and don't waste your money on products.just watch your diet and you bowels

  • @anasnaknota totally agree. i have changed my diet and my skin looks magical. however, for acne scarring, you oftentimes need intervention to manage the situation. diet alone probably will not fix deep scarring.

  • @anasnaknota I totally agree, bad skin is largely based on poor diet. My dermatologist told me that it is due to hormones, however I noticed that once I stopped eating certain foods my face would clear up. So now I refrain from chocolate, eggs, deep fried foods, as these often triggered my acne and since then my face has DRASTICALLY improved.

  • @anasnaknota Apart from that good diet, too a few times a week wash your skin (all oily areas) with AHA, alpha hydroxy (fruit) acid washes -- St. Ives apricot washes and scrubs are great -- gently to exfoliate your dead skin cells: leaves your skin baby smooth, soft and clear.

  • isnt burning pain?

  • @JsPoser919 usually barely any discomfort.

  • Really interesting footage

  • try freshly squeezed lemon juice as toner, manuka honey as a 2 hour skin pack (best at 20 UMF), manuka oil on acne that is healing to make sure it won't leave a scar / hyperpigmentation,& milk + lemon + manuka honey as a cleanser in the morning, and french green clay powder + aloe vera juice as nightly pack / cleanser. i also use hemp hemp hooray's skin soothe moisturizer, and used to use their cleanser.. its VERY good. i recommend it to anyone who has acne. plus, neem leaf extract is great too.

  • acne scarring sucks. I have pits and discolouration all over my face, but can't get any treatments because of my skin type.

    sucks to be me =[

  • @DJfraz07 What is your skin type? I am thinking of getting treatements for discoloration and pock marks and fear my skin might not be the right skin type too so can you tell me why your skin is not the right skin type...thank you.

  • I can see all the makeup XD... How sad v_______v

  • i can still see her scars..

  • @GetItRight222 yes, this is just a journey showing the recovery from treatment not the results.

  • Would this work for scarring caused by bad electrolysis work? They look like ice pick scars.

  • @tiggie1975 hmmm, never did it for that. possibly. would have to see them.

  • @samlammd I would like to know what are some options to treat electrolysis scars as well? Thanks

  • @TheLonghairraven i am sorry. i actually do not know.

    sml

  • i have a zit on my bippy

  • i'm 21. i still have a lot of break outs, there come sometimes in numbers and some period of not having any at all.

anyone know in the uk if nhs or other private clinics who offer the same if not similar procedure?

  • @DarkLuXa Try using somethign that will dry them out, Such as toothpaste - Leave it on when you go to bed and then wash it of when you wake up.

  • It might not happen tomorrow nor next year. We all face problems, all we can hope is for a better tomorrow. So heres my tip. Keep googling for a specialist in the Internet who has finished medical school and is certified legal to do so. Theres many illegal doctors out there. Just one big advice dont put creme on your face or soap. Nothing like that. Just dont overstress your face. You might irritate your face forever like I have. My left cheek is pink. I am 19 and I been going thru this since 13

  • Dont worry. There's thousands of people if not millions who have the same problems with this situation. Just thank whomever that you dont have a worser illness or worser things like burned skin or you know. Acne problem has affected my life for the past 7 years. I know erections can cause them ,but food also is responsible for acne and dirt and greasy face. All you can with is to struggle in life for a better job later on ,and slowly by slowly making yourself rejuvenate again.

  • this is insane acne being treated with acid?

  • not for acne but for acne scarring just to clarify.

  • Hi doc, following your advise,i've cancelled my fat transfer procedure for the acne scar.I'm considering a subsicion, but some claim that the results of it are temporary. is that true?and how about subsicion+TCA CROSS right after, I guess it sounds quite promising!but i'm so confused!

  • @donnibrasko88 subcision should not precede TCA Cross. that is dangerous an unnecessary.

  • Acne can be a huge problem, even into adulthood. If it becomes so bad that it affects your daily life, even you would take drastic measures.

  • hi..what kind of treatment is ??

    pls

  • They treating your skin with a laster that burns the acne..

  • How much is it ???

  • amazing results

  • accutane will make your acne disappear aswell as your hair.

  • Your hair? Fuck, I want it to go away, but I don't wanna lose my hair..

  • Why are acnes always on the temples as well?

  • hard to say but that is an area worth working on.

  • so basically what im saying

____ IF YOU GOT BAD ACNE GO ON ACCTUANE ____

  • Anything but! That stuff is POISON! Having tried it myslef it will cause alergic reactions in many people. And it didn't stop my acne. Negative side-effects of accutane have been known for a long time. What people should do first is get a good read of the pros and cons, what are you trying to do, pitch the drug?

  • I agree

  • xo, I'm with you on accutane. People shouldn't be discouraged by naysayers. Bottom line, Accutane works! Yes, the iPledge is a pain in the butt, your skin will be raw, and your lips will be chapped for six months. Yes, it's strictly regulated by the FDA, has numerous risks & side effects, and you have to be vigilant & overly cautious, but at the end of the day, it's all WORTH IT for the improvement to your skin, your self esteem, and the quality of your life!

  • Are you kidding? God you people put to much faith in the FDA. Do you even know how many FDA approved drugs have been recalled in the past 5 years? Look it up.

  • @5ftgoddess, no I am not kidding & I didn't put any faith in the FDA you smartassed extremist. That's why I spent 30 years trying every snake oil recipe under the sun to my great expense, with no results. When nothing else works, you can't argue with what does. That post was over a year ago, which makes it two years since I was on accutane & I'm still zit-free. It's such an improvement to the quality of my life and my sense of self esteem not to wake up every morning in fearful or embarrassed.

  • You Have to take this Pill for 6 months and the first month of taking this pill you will cry because how bad your acne will get ( Don't get frustrated )... 6 months later my acne was completly clear and for 5 months now i have had perfect clear skin you can even tell i had acne. I heard storys that it comes back after 3 years for alot of people so ill just have to hope and pray that it doesn't. I had sever cystic acne and scars btw.

  • It helps for a while. But after some years you'll have the problem again. It's not worth it

  • Just wondering, what is server cystic acne?

  • Alright i notice everyone is putting there story out there so i guess I will too. I am 15 years old and got acne when I was 13. For two long years I had acne and tried every medication from proactive, clean and clear, netrogina, Diffirine, bexoyl peroxide .. EVERYTHING LIKE 500 MORE PRODUCTS. Finally i went on something called ACUTANE. This is no cream it is a very powerful pill for acne.

  • is it ok if you get some tca on the wall of a scar or do you have to only try and get it on the floor? I did a boxed scar and the walls were also frosted

  • yes, that sounds ok but it is entirely technique dependent so ask your physician that question.

  • Anyone can tell me if there's any side effect ????

  • a common side effect is prolonged pigmentation, darkening, especially in darker skin individuals. that may need bleaching cream. this is a very intense acid so you must go to someone with a lot of experience with this method. the other risk is to make the holes bigger.

  • amazing this technique ! I wish I did this instead of laser !

Have a question please, do you know Contractubex gel ? can I use it along with laser treatment for acne scars ? or it is not adviced, I heard it is helpful !

  • I am thinking about LASER... were your results not as expected?

  • hey,you did a laser scar removal treatment i guess, would you tell me if its has given you effective result?

  • i have been asked not to post exact prices here. it would cost in the high hundreds but the downtime is real. please do a youtube search for acne scarring virtual consultation under my name for more info.

  • I have acnes scars, tiny holes in my cheeks, tinier than this case, I consulted a dermatologist beautician, he advised me to do a subcision + laser, in my country I did not hear about the cross technic, it seems more efficient than the subcision and laser, your clinic in Dallas I can come next year because my brother live there I will visit him, but how much it costs ? and what about the down time ?

  • Why did not use the treatment by laser ? the plastic surgery is better ?

  • laser or plastic surgery do not work as well on this kind of tiny acne scarring problem. the cross works much better IMHO.

  • Just 1 question. Why is the camera zoomed out on the last few shots of her face?? Could it be so that we don't get a clear view of the end result...

  • there is no end result here. this is to show you the recovery.

  • I have deep scaring left from severe acne and accutane thearpy, is this treament is the result for the deep superficial scaring and redness, it has been six month since i stop taking accutane...thanks!!

  • i think this clip has no audio

    what happened with its sound?

  • It is a trick that plastic surgeons use to say that pretty much anything they do will take up to a year for the full results to be evident. That way, you've moved on and they've already taken your money.

  • perhaps. however, it's the truth. that is why on my website, i show the same patient 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, 12 months, 18 months, 24 months out. how much did i charge for the patient to come back? ZERO. i have learned from my mentor's mentor, who PAID his patients to come back year after year to make sure that he could learn from the changes. that generalization simply does not hold for me.

  • Hi, will this work with 18% tca? I have very light acne scars and they are new... will 18% spot treatment get rid of them?

  • no, 18% will do nothing.

  • will 18% scar?

  • anything is possible if it is applied aggressively but it is too unreliable to do anything. if you are trying to use it for CROSS purposes, you will get nothing. if you let it sit there it might just create general scarring. not advised.

  • Im asian (Filipino) i have acne scars and pox, spots in my facenot to deep tho. Asian skin is more likely to heal with spots of hyper-pigmentation will this peel give me marks or anything, im planing to use 12.5% as a start , Im on retin A for about a 3 weeks now, and been using AHA but still nervous with the pos. of hyper pigmentation spot, is thr any advice u guys can give to prevent im doing it myself please help

  • Not always. Sometimes a lesion will rupture and leave a scare even if you don't touch it

  • virtually no improvement.

  • You don't suppose one session of TCA peel can completely make the scars disappear, right? I checked with my doc and she says that usually it takes at least 4 to 6 sessions to see improvements to the scars. Only thing is 100% TCA....wouldn't it be too strong as I read 50% and above usually leads to more scarring. So it seems scary and risky for 100% strength in TCA peel...

  • 50% leads to scarring is correct. that is the point. i am trying to create scarring with this. that is how it works. what you are confusing this with is a standard 50% acid all over the face. that would lead to scarring. 100% would lead to a scary disaster. i am talking about using 100% as pinpoint micro treatments of <1 mm scars to actually scar the tissue up to make it flat. 50% actually in these pinpoint situations do not scar enough.

  • you are correct. this is a journey not a result. no result AT ALL should be seen. i am just helping someone see what kind of recovery would be involved. results don't show up until multiple treatments have been done and months later have passed.

  • Does this work on stretch marks?

  • sorry, no.

  • lol haha

  • Please people when posting your comment please have some respect for yourself, when you talk this way on line what does that say about you..please keep your harsh comments to yourself or don't comment at all

  • agreed. thank you for the helpful reminder to use discretion and respect always.

  • there is no after photo. this video is just describing the recovery process. it is NOT trying to show a result, btw. thanks for the comment.

  • well i didnt know that, so im sorry :)

  • no problem! thanks again for watching the videos.

  • Stop calling yourself SoCal--we don't want you, you mean, evil thing. Crawl back...loser. She's WAAAAAY better than you are.

  • that's not plastic surgery .. it is some laser treatment ..

  • I believe its an acid treatment.

  • your words show how you actually feel about yourself

  • Bla bla bla.

  • poor you you must be hideous

  • No. Your just hoping that since I made a negative comment about this womens physical appearance that I would be "hideous" myself. Not sure what would make you go to trouble to cross your fingers for that. Perhaps you probably look like her? Yuck. In that case you have my sympathy.

No, I'm not 1/1,000,000.00% as hidous as this ugly women, that's for sure.

  • Well in that case FUCK OFF you fucked up freak of nature.I think your a total prick goin round sayin things like that about ppl.Meansteez is right,if ur sooooo hot wtf u lookin up things like this vid for?? congrats, you've just made yourself look like a C*NT;-D

  • This is pretty kool, I use proactive but now I have scaring left so I am still trying to see what I can do to help that do you guys know if it will go away in a couple years or stay the same?

  • I don't think she's ugly. If she lost weight, her features would look better set. She has very nice lips and eyes I think.

  • she speaks like a broken woman... god bless and may you find inner peace.

  • here are my tips on acne:

1-go to a dermatologist..only thing that will work

2-roaccutane's great, but only use it if your acne's SEVERE

    3-use sunscreen EVERYDAY

    4-DO NOT touch your face

5-get some good sleep (i rarely get breakouts now, and when i do is because i didnt sleep well)

6-smoking too much makes it worse

    7-stress also causes breakouts

8-dont pick on them, I regret doing so every single day and eliminating scars is expensive and it takes forever and makes you feel like crap

  • yeah it makes you feel lik SHITTTTTTTTTTTTTT

  • @devonconnax, all of your 8 tips are great advice.

  • help me! which is the best and most affordable product to treat acne?? i'm 17 years old, female and my place is hot nad humid.

    thanks for helping

  • You may have to try a few acne products to find out which works for you since not all skin types are the same

for the best results it is best to just visit a dermatoligist there they will prescribe you benzoyl peroxide treatments i myself got prescribed neobenz micro sd and benziq wash as well as a pill to stop oil production on my face called solodyn

good luck with your acne and what you decide to do :)

  • i havent beat up anybody who commented about my acne in a bad y because most of them have been girls & when they were guys it was mostly in school like there are these meetings about alcoholic, drug addict people where they talk about what they been through in life. if they had one for acne i would literally cry for like 1 hour expressing the pain i feel inside of me,& mentally.if the teacher ask me to write about acne i could write 30 pages of the suffer ive had over the past 4 years and im 17

  • I was never the ladies man. Was a loner but my acne was not bad then. I went into the militray got contacts and wow turned out from an ugly duckinling to a swan. Met my wife had a child I was always geting asked out by women, but being in love I stayed faithful. My wife contracted cancer adn for 2 years I took care of her at home. Lost sleep bad diet and STRESS omg the STRESS. My ACne resurfaced at 35 10fold. Im 41 and have not remaired or dated cause of my ACNE. I miss my wife.

  • @balonsolos don't try anything with chemicals in them. benzoyl peroxide?? it only works when you use it. plus, its basically killing the acne cos its so harmful. try natural & organic skincare instead. I reccomend you buying organic lemons and cut them, squeeze the juice and apply it as a toner. it seriously works. the acidity kills off the p.acnes bacteria, cos they cannot live in the aciditic envrioment. soaps in cleansers make our skin alkaline which makes it more habitable for acne to grow.

  • acne has ruined my life!! :( i use to go out a lot. now i dont go out any more. i dont fix my hair like i use to. and i sometimes shut my friends out.i hate when people talk to me cuz i know there lookin at my acne. god its so embarrasing! some people are so rude and give u these looks like "damn". sometimes i just cry myself to sleep, and ask god why??? all i do is work n go straight home. i have no life!!! i feel like i cant live my life, and im only 22. :'(

  • i feel you i use to be a crazy dominican dude outgoing, had a sense of humor went out alot now i dnt go out like i use 2 b4 i had acne everytime and went to a party there was always a girl that liked me now it seems like everywhere i go girls dnt even look at me.i also be hiding from people and in the social activities in skool i just cut even tho i get in trouble.i get soo mad and depressed i use to be a nice dressed guy now i dnt care how i dress cusz i feel ugly.but im gettin a laser treament

  • im 17 now & i hate going to the babershop because they have this big as mirror & there be mad peoples sittin there waiting & you knoe they be lookin at you omg i feel so umcorfotable cusz there always gotta be a rude person saying something about my face.yoo acne is the worst,i think is worst than being fat true story

  • try visine.. for dry eyes, and just put a bit on your acne, i heard it really works

  • Try Acne BP5

Really works and not expensive as well.

  • i know the feeling, just stick at it, what u can do in the mean time is use camoflae make up, thats whati done and it helped my confidece. but u have to treat it internally too. go to the doc who can help. if not homeopathic worked for me.i was 15 when i got it. i didnt treat it till 20 when it was at its peak. not i hardly break out, but have scarring so having microdermobrasion done. its helpng. best of luck.

  • Oh man! I've always been shy but when I entered freshman year, I was opening up but then..summer came and so did acne! I'm already in my junior year and I still have acne AND I've withdrawn back into my shell! ); Goodbye crazy, fun, hs lifeeeeeee!

  • :(

im also prety much in that spotT_T

ever since around middle skool, its been hard:(

i've also pushed away all my friends, locked myself in from the outside world, i barely go out, i never talk to pple being scared that they'll stare at my acne scars[which friends/pple had], and ask me about it,.

sometimes, i just dont feel like going on anymore,..

just wana sleep, and never wake up again.

  • Yeah.. i have bad acne scars, but i live in a community where the people are friendly. =)

  • SHIT. i thought i was the only one.

DAMN i cant express my desperation.. Even my wify makes fun of my scars when we fight.

To make matters worse, there is no breakthrough system to heal scars YET>

People just dont understand how good it is to have normal skin. I dream about it everyday.

I think only God can give your skin back completly. I dont go out either. Man i just dont get it sometimes. All this pain that is in this world. It really is horrible the emotional devastation

  • Don't worry dude, I too understand you! I've solved my acne problem with diet, and I'm working on my scars atm.

I think you should try the Dermaroller. I just bought one off eBay. I bought one thats 1.5mm, if your scars are deep then maybe you might need a 2.0mm. You can study it up. This treatment you can do in you own home!! I payed $25 for express delivery and it arrived today, my face is stings a bit now lol, ill do this every day till I'm better, fingers crossed. ps msg me any time for QA

  • even with out scarring acne itself is embarassing enough!!!

i've always had bad acne now that it's cleared up i've noticed how much redness is in my face. and THAT's embarassing.

what's up with all the people with perfect skin? what are they doing right?

  • Roaccutane is a cure for acne.

  • Beware it also causes problems mentaly. IT CAN ALTER MOOD. You have to sign saying if it causes any mood swings etc stop using . I use ACCUTANE for 4 days and last 2 nights Id wake up every 20 to 40 minutes fearful I was late for work soemone was breaking in etc etc all kinds of stuff. I stopped taking it.

  • i would be so afraid to get this treatment i have acne sc of scars mostly proactiv took away most of the bumps now i'm on minocycle which isn't doing muchh but giving me stomach cramps i'm so tired of this acne shit and sooo embarrassed by the marks it leaves

  • u shuld try a cream u can get from the doc. its called duac. it helps a lot btw!

  • Accutane is the ultimate solution. but.. its epensive, btw its a pill.

  • I used that...only thing that worked....I took the pills for 6 motnhs and then I stopped for like 6 months and then did the treatment again for 3 more moths and now y acne's pretty much gone..only bad thing is that the 1st month of using it i got like a million more times acne then what I had...it was hard, but its the onlye thing that can actually heal it

  • ok ive tried everything really even perscipson stuff you have to realize your skin can adapated to chemicals so try taking 50mg of zinc once a day don't drink soda or eat chocalot and eat well and use a good cleanier like purpose wash i use it twice a day and it prevents u from gettin breakouts so the acne u have will heal and u will be clear probally in 2 months maybe less but i been only doing this rotine for 3 weeks and im clearing up perfectly so don't worry acne will go away.

  • That sucks. o_o;

    I'm 15, and I don't get acne.

  • They mention cetaphil, it's by far the best facial wash/moisturizer ever.

  • there's a treatment called Pixeling or Fraxel which may be good for the scarring. google it!

  • i use to have major acne. til i tried these pills, called acutane and diane.

works like a charm, doesnt even look like i had acne

  • hi..i'd like to know which pills u thought was best?acutane or diane35?

  • this shit has distroyed my life

  • omg i fucking hate acne..cause of acne i dont have a girlfriend or a good social life..i wish acne didnt exist =[

  • I used RetinA & Vitamin A acid cream for my face and my skin gradually improved.

  • she did not experience no pain?

  • Every person's skin is different, I used proactiv and it did work only for the time that I used it though, couse you have to be persistent, but for someone with a severe acne that has damaged their skin like the person above, of course a cream won't do anything, I mean it's logical.

  • i want to see a before image.
