dude waist of time, i can negative down 580lbs for 20 seconds, im 175lbs, shredded though. ( it just takes around 3 1/2 to 4 hours of training a day). i pretty much have no social life but hey im keepin the body shredded so i can land a deal with a modeling agent. which will lead to plenty of socialness. but yea stick to reps and only do negatives if you are doing exersises such as negative chin ups or negative pull ups.
you know you with negatives you still have to go back up lol with a spotter that is.
