  • nice song.......

  • RD or Pancham Da , always or most often than not , released his original scores in Bangla first , before he remade them in Hindi. Thats a well known fact. And yes its Bangla , not Bengali , contrary to popular lingo.

  • will be very happy, if some one can make in HD; blue ray.

  • Thats also i am thinking , when my dreams will be true.

  • a,nice & fine romantic song, about to forget. please can some one in HD: thanks.

  • Fucking north indians... get of swines, bloody muggers, culture less maggots...wht do u know abt literature, music and art.?? all u know is to fuck others...the ancestors of invaders...always invade in Bengali novels and musics...get the hell out of here ........Fuck off

  • It is again this deadly combination. Panchamda and Kishoreda. Till now after so many years it sounds like a new released one, tune is so closed to heart.

  • Bengal gave Devdas first. Didnt Bollywood copy that? or am I mistaken?

  • If you like bollywood, You will like this…youtube.com/watch?v=-4Fe0Z6KNLs

  • my friend first cineam of indian subcontinent????which one???then "HARISHCHANDRACHI FACTORY" IS WHAT UR FATHER;S LOVE STORY FROM 36 CHAURANGEE LANE???

  • This song is popular and very melodious.

  • bengali really swt languge love this song.....

  • fukin bangla's are always biting off others . why replicate the indian song ..

  • Bengali version is much better...........

  • It sucks that the Bengali version is so much blurrer then the hindi version :-P

  • always nice to see amitabh in sweet sensitive roles. never appreciated the angry young man roles he played, i guess that was the inner conflicts of indian male psyche at that time - 70s when you feel your potentiality is stabbed due to the system. anyway nice seeing bollywood actors lisping in bengali.

i never watched any movies while growing up, but sang every song, thanks to binaca geetmala and manoranjan programs on the radio. thanks for bringing back my childhood.

  • THOSE WHO DO NOT KNOW THE BACKGROUND OF INDIAN CINEMA : AMITABH BACCHAN AND RAKHI BISWAS ALL STARTED IN CALCUTTA , BENGAL INN TULLYGUNJ STUDIO ..

DILIP KUMAR, PRITHIRAJ KAPOOR, RAJ KAPOOR :ALL STARTED IN CALCUTTA.

THE FIRST CINEMA OF INDIAN SUBCONTINENT , STARTED IN CALCUTTA IN TULLYGUNJ STUDIO NOT IN BOMBAY. ok.

  • thnkzz fr informatn....

  • @skylark304 FU 1000 times !!! First Indian movie was made and screened in Bombay by Dada Phalke !!! Its well established fact !!!

  • @NathuramSweetsay

NATHURAM RAM RAM : BEFORE YOU FUCK YOU SHOULD HAVE A DICK AND A HEAD BUT AS HERMAPHRODITE, YOU HAVE NONE.

FIRST "BIOSCOPE " WAS IN TOLLYGUNJ STUDIO ,CALCUTTA

  • bengali is soo cool

  • Bengali's would be more cool , if just stop biting off other.. why do we have to replicate Indian movies and songs?? maybe these Bengali's producers are just too stupid to produce or direct a story line or songs on their own.. no credit to these Bengali's ,unless they have come up with something completely new . which they never will..

  • @aqzfiin3st Lolz!! Sorry to inform you that this was the original movie, later reshot in Hindi !!

  • @suddhasheel , I dont think so, it was always a hindi movie, later dubbed in Bengali version, as one can also see by the lips movement, that doesnt match 100%

If u claim it was a bengali movie from the start then show the proof.

Far from all hindi songs r bengali versions, as some claim everytime there 2 versions. Its quiet opposite actually in that golden era.

But of course people from other regions envy Bollywood for being more succesfull and famous.

  • @Delhiidude Well I do not know, if you really understand Bengali, but this story is from a Bengali novel titled "Anushondhan" by Shaktipada Raajguru. The movie was a hit within the Bengali cinegoers at that time owing to two factors, (a) The novel's popularity (b) Amitabh Bachchan.

Secondly, although I am a bengali, I understand both the languages with almost equal proficiency. The lyrics of the Hindi song do not make enough romantic sense as the bong version does. Secondly the dir is bong

  • @suddhasheel, well I have no doubt that it was a hit in Bengali too, I mean why wouldnt it be

And yes, Bollywood cinema, directors, writers etc. have always brought a lot from Bengali culture, music and so on into their work, including many top stars actors/actresses

That being said I highly doubt that Raakhee and Amitabhm, who both were at the prime of stardom in Bollywood, would choose to invest their time n effort in making a Bengali movie at that point of their careers

  • @suddhasheel, I am not saying that Bengali film industry is bad, but the big fame, succes and fortune is within Bollywood

Futhermore the hindi version, the original one in hindi language, was released first, later came the bengali in a dubbed version

Scenes were changed in attempt to adabt the lips movements, but still its obviously not matching correctly

About what version of the song is best is a matter of personal taste,

I like the hindi version more, its sung with more passion n depth

  • @Delhiidude really??? i always thought the bengali versions came always first?! like both versions tho

  • @MOIN301974 i just got a blank msg, did u write something? cheers

  • @Delhiidude HINDI VERSION IS REALLY GREAT ONE,AS ANY DUBBED VERSION HAS SOME HICKUPS,,BENGALI VERSION HAS IT TOOO..U CANT REALLY ENJOY IT,,THOUGH IT HAS BEEN MADE AT THE BEST...

  • @Delhiidude Why you don´t think that we are all human, not only an Indian or Bengali.it is realy not fear that all of you guys thinking about both of nation.

  • @Delhiidude ... dude don't think ... just google and find out ...

  • can anyone tell me the name of this movie? thanks.

  • @abhidevil04 Anusandhan the original in bengali and then it is translated in hindi which is barsat ki ek raat

  • Bangla version shunte aro natural flow mone hoy. Lage Bangla version prothom bone chilo, ar pore Hindi te tar nokol kora hoyeche, tai na?

  • ore ore ore ore ore ore ore amaro je shopno shotti holo ami chilam akdin nisscho gayer rokto pani kore aj amar lakh lakh taka gari bari shari allah tumi shotti mohan
