Why don't you repeat the Variations (as the sheet music instructs)? They were really nicely taken,so,in my opinion,you should play them twice ;-) Though Variation 3 is pretty hard, you control it very well, so I don't mind the high F in 3:04 you missed. I'm also playing this piece, so I know how hard it is to reach this F during this high speed which is two octaves higher than the previous F. Sometimes you play a bit hasty like in minute 5:26 which interrupts the flow of the eighth notes a bit.
