  • I think the perfect clue for "thing that are served" would be "subpoena papers".

  • What the hell is that sound at 1:16? Sounds like some girl screaming "Owww'.

  • That's right. "A tennis move" would, or should, have been zapped. But the contestant said the answer a split second before Lois said "move". Very lucky!

  • Frankly, looking back on this -- they are LUCKY that she answered "Things that are served" before Lois completed her thought. It went:

    Lois: "...a tennis....."

    Contestant: "Things that are served"

    Lois: "....move"

By definition, a "serve" IS a tennis move. If she had said "a tennis move", that would have been zapped, as you don't SERVE a tennis move. You SERVE the tennis BALL -- you can't "serve" a move. This is one of those lucky timing things, so the contestant won.

  • @BrentWolgamott She probably was going to say "A tennis BALL" - which would be an excellent clue - and perfectly proper. :D

  • How she got "Things You Plan" and "Things on an Estate" off one clue is beyond me.

  • She looks like Judith Light! :-)

  • ...and sounds like Valerie Harper :-P

  • Right? :-) God, I miss The Hogan Family...
