Frankly, looking back on this -- they are LUCKY that she answered "Things that are served" before Lois completed her thought. It went:
Lois: "...a tennis....."
Contestant: "Things that are served"
Lois: "....move"
By definition, a "serve" IS a tennis move. If she had said "a tennis move", that would have been zapped, as you don't SERVE a tennis move. You SERVE the tennis BALL -- you can't "serve" a move. This is one of those lucky timing things, so the contestant won.
I think the perfect clue for "thing that are served" would be "subpoena papers".
