I'm not good at gate vaults either, but this was bad even before the landing. at 0:03, he chickened out, went sideways instead of over so that he was facing backwards (towards the wall) instead of forwards when he landed.

Hah. This is very true, I suppose. Everybody knows I fell and injured myself so much (I still have some very visible evidence from when I had a good conversation with a wall and a floor)... lol. But I did get back up every time. :P
