This happened to me before, and it was the power supply, make sure your PSU has enough juice to handle your system, asrock x58s mobos has alot of safety features when it comes to insufficient power, cooling etc, it will shut down.
Windows Seven is amazing! I dled it from Windows7FreeDLXcom (replace X with . ) and installed it on my desktop pc, and it works perfectly! I most definitely recommend you all install it!

i think the problem is ur PSU. it happened to me last time when i try to boot it restarts every 2 minutes or so.
