It's difficult to see where or how Microsoft can stop losing it's place in the market. I think they should concentrate on everything that isn't Apple OS X. That means intensifying market saturation in the corporate/professional area as well as broadening their brilliant Xbox brand with new technology to compliment what is already a great gaming platform.
Steve Ballmer has to be the single most out of touch CEO on the planet. His arrogance and stupidity, while no longer targeted at Apple since they made him look like a complete idiot is now aimed at Google where he's about to get his rear kick yet again. Microsoft is quickly becoming totally irrelevant - can you say AOL?

I think they got annoyed when there were not as strong as what they used to be, and they tried to bully the market, but it didnt work..
