The real reason that so many of these bands sound so similar is because they all record at Chango studios in Florida. They record A LOT of Rise bands. MMF included. The production is the same for so many bands that it makes them all sound similar unfortunately. Of course, the inevitable breakdown in every song doesnt really help either...

This is pissing me off. THESE BANDS ARENT POST-HARDCORE. Real post-hardcore is shit like The Used, Refused, Jawbox, Rollins Band, and Hot Water Music. Post-hardcore originated from hardcore punk, and bands like this are so far off from that genre, yeah they may take some elements from it but I hate when people take the term post-hardcore and say these bands are apart of it.
