There is a glitch to get all of them. Go to Westfcliff and get your doll from the shooting range, then save. Quit the game to the dashboard and create a new account. Start the game again and as soon as you can save. Sign out of your account but DON'T go to the dashboard. You should be on the main menu of Fable II. Sign in with your actual account and get a new doll!

PS: If you get the same doll, it doesn't mean the glitch didn't work, it was just coincidence.
