@Justlooooking Evil spirits leave when either they are forced by the Quran and Sunnah or when shirk is commited, shirk means disbelieve, so when a christian mentions Jesus peace be upon him as God that evil spirit leaves or a person mentions an idol that evil spirit will leave ASAP to misguide those people! @hoyaddawas Subhanallah, that used to happen to me and other family members especially when I started practicing, but read Surah al baqarah and read the dua's before sleep and the dua's after each prayer from forification of the muslim

@hoyaddawas It may be the jinns attempt to get inside of you, or they are already inside if there are more symptoms u have, if there is even more than that, then, Allahu e'alim, you should start a full therapy. Be 24/7 under woodoo, specialy when u go to sleep, surah al Baqarah should be your constant follower, ayatul kursiyy after every prayer and before going sleeping, morning and evenening dhikr, surah as Sujjud and Mulk before sleeping, drinking a lot of water on which the qur'an is recited

Sleep facing your right. Recite 4 Qul surahs, and learn ayatul kursi and recite 3 times. Ayatul Kursi works ALL THE TIME for me personally.

@hoyaddawas It's known as "sleep paralysis". It's happened to me before just once, but I remember it perfectly. Scientists don't know what causes it but this phenomenon has been mentioned in many, many cultures all around the world from a long time ago. All these cultures agree that it's has to do with jinn.
