If there's something that I just don't like about FFXII is the Random Number Generator crap from the Chests and the all the Drop Rate related method for getting the better treasures.

I remember getting only one Danjuro, which took 97 minutes. I was content with the Excalibur being my strongest weapon, followed by the Ultima Blade. Some weapons are just too hard to find on this game.

FF XII has too much randomness with drops/treasures... i usually dont mind doing extra stuff in games but this game is ridiculous, i wont even try to get danjuro, yagyu darkblade, grand armor, etc.- i'm content with masumune, tournasol, zodiac spear.

Here's an accurate percentage: FF XII's fetchquesting has a 97.5% chance to make a gamer INSANE!!! %P

It seems like a quite pointless weapon, the only dagger I find a use for now I have Excalibur, Ultima etc is the main gauche for evasion

i didn't understand,,, I'm in the 127 larva eater at the highest level of chain,,,and no danjuro,,,and I started to kill larva with the highest chain level,,,

@dennhecx I think your problem is that you kill LE too close to the edges. If you do that, then he won´t drop anything. You must kill him far away from any edge.

This is not rare actually,

but problem is everytime you enter this place,

it will only show in one of several areas that listed above,

so if you get to a wrong area,

you wouldn't found it no matter how much you chain the Necrophobe.

Leave for other platforms if it's not here, but not using the Way Stone. It has a rare appearance at many other Way Stone area as well, check this map to explore,

@SuperLoneman To activate Omega Mark XII you had to have accepted the Yiazmat Elite Hunt from Montblanc, other than that you can GET to him and see him in his hibernated state, but you won't be able to fight him. I'd probably check out any vids on here that show you how to get to Ultima first because the last leg of the trip to get to OM12 begins right @ the save crystal before you fight Ultima. She's actually the HARDEST esper to fight IMO.

grrrrr, I'm so annoyed, I can't find a single actual reliable walkthrough for spawnning larva eater! so all I have to do is kill 20+ necrophobes then go to the location where the larva eater is or do I have to chain gargoyle Barons first and then go find Larva eater, or finally do I have to kill 256+ random enemies in Giruvegan?? I'm lost.....

It's slowed and pitched down. No idea why, but IIRC IZJS could do something like that - speed up or slow down the game.
