the reason you might have that percentage of accuracy is because the game has a auto aim script in it so if a enemie is alive your gun will automatically point at the enemy

Yup, swiguy is right. Each shotgun blast fires about 5 shots. Each shot that hits a target is counted seperately for the "hit" stats but only 1 "shot taken" is counted for each blast. I've seen people get over 300% accuracy.this way, and I even think it's possible to get 500%.
