i don't see what the big fuss is about concerning dorothy and jake. ther are many couples with a rather large age gap between them. we've become so used to older men falling for younger women but when an older woman falls for a younger man, so many jump on the hate wagon. they are both consenting adults, so ther shouldnt b a problem.

Sully wanted to know why she didn't say anything to Kath..well, .because at that point she was her doctor....it would not have been appropriate for her to tell that woman anything personal....Boo Sully..........

This is probably the only episode of DQMW that I haven't watched since the series first aired. I always skip it on my DVD Megaset. It's just too difficult for me to watch. I know people aren't perfect and this episode made Sully a more realistic character. But that doesn't make it any less unpleasant to see Sully and Catherine kissing, or the hurt on Dr. Mike's face.
Btw, I love Brian in this episode ... it's great the way he calls it like he sees it!
You'd think ShiveringDeer would pick up on Sully and Michaela's relationship... you don't have to speak the same language to see that you're moving in on someone's man!!... and Michaela's been a friend to her!!
Yeah, well I'm with Sully in their little tiff. DrM is the one always putting Sully second to her job: that girl is teaching her a good lesson too in not taking S for granted.
That's the thing.... there isn't any one time that there is any evidence to show her that they are together.... I think that was one of the points being made.... Mike isn't showing too much warmth towards Sully in this episode so if you didn't know they were together you wouldn't see.
I never liked that Jake And Dorothy got together. Since Jake is such an ass 99.9% of his lifetime, and Dorothy's so nice...they just shouldn't be together.
Last episode, Matthew knew how to handle this situation a lot better than Sully's doing now, don't you think?
I like Brian's reaction. I think this is the first time he's really disliked someone and it's because he's the sweet, loving boy he is. And I'm proud of him for keeping it a secret so long.
I liked the scene where Dorthy tells Jake to be kinder to women!
