  • I thinks some companies/corp. making millions/billions from this industries-(Think about it-They maybe - even - plant it...) It just a tough!

  • Better yet nuke them suckers

  • I have these in a semi truck, there are a million places for them to hide. How do I get rid of them??

  • Too much to explain here. You need to learn about bed bugs to understand how to win that battle. Go to Ask the Exterminator blog to learn.

  • ewwwww!!!! curse you mother nature!

  • No!

  • Wait i have a question... where do i put the double sides tape with regular tape on it? wait so i use double sided sticky tape.. but i didnt get the part on putting a second layer on.. what was the second layer of tape for.. i didnt really catch it...

  • The painter's tape is put down first on finished woodwork to prevent the double sided sticky tape from removing the wood finish.

  • smart guy

  • Although bed bugs prefer the warmer wood surfaces, they still can be found on metal frame beds. They take blood meals. They do not eat wood.

  • Great idea. But you will have to change the tape regularly because a layer of house dust will make the tape not sticky enough to trap them, also hair, lint and other dead bugs can make a bridge for them to get across.

  • The tape need only be in place for a couple of days. It is not supposed to remain in place long enough to collect dust and hair. Bed bugs feed every three days, or so. If your bed has bed bugs this tape monitor should show indications quickly.

  • thats a great ideal!! thanks

  • The best idea ever! And if there are any bugs in the bed base, line the sides of it all around with double sided sticky tape. As a final line of defence put tape all across the sides of the mattress and don't use a bed sheet for a few days until the bed bugs are caught. Use a blanket sparingly as you don't want it touching the sticky tape and wearing out it's stickiness. They will eventually starve the bed bugs for want of blood.
