See this is why I love Blue October so much, i've tried and tried to find out why for so long cause this type of music never hits me. It's because Justin writes in Parables. His songs he often tries to describe how he feels but only can compare it to something different entirely. This way everyone can have their own personal meaning to the song. Love Blue October and i love this video. I don't know what that guy was talking about it goes together pretty flawlessly.

I see your point of view, how the 2 might not go together, the mellow music and epic scenes, but I feel even a soldier can be sensitive and also feel love sick in the heat of battle as he misses the one he loves, I know I have been there, I served in the US Air Force, during the first gulf war in 1991,, So thats why I put these scenes to this music :-)
