  • @condor484 um, it doesn't need filling, it is delivered pre-filled and sealed. Zero maintenance required!

  • this had better top end temps than the argon 900 i dont understand

  • Is this also water cooler?

  • can i use any destillated water with watercooling? how frequently do i have to change the water? is it worth the money to get watercooling?

  • @Phenom69ll Its all a question of what you use your computer for how much you want a quiet system and lower temps.. Water cooling is worth it if you have high end hardware that you will likely keep for some time.

And yes you can use distilled water. You probably wont have the change the water very frequently (every 6 months - 1 year maybe, or more)

  • @Jonathann1818 couch.

  • @Jonathann1818 y what if it leaks?

  • @Phenom69ll Thats why you do a leak test. First should should run the water through your custom loop first without the computer on. That way if there are any leaks, nothing will be short circuited. Then once there are no leaks you are good to go. You should also remember that distilled water does not contain any ions because it is effectively pure water. This means that its ability to conduct electricity is much less than that of tap water. It would take a lot of distilled water to do damage.

  • The H70 series comes with the brackets to mount 2x 120mm fan, both sides. Perfect for Push-n-Pull setup.

  • So the liquid just going through cycles after cycles? like it was advertised by Corsair. Pre-filled no need for refills.

  • but will it bend?

  • Can i use this on amd ll x6 thuban 1090t

  • let me guess, i will not be able to throw that small radiator away and connect it to a 140mm radiator.... that sucks!

  • Is that a brainwashed man?..:Oo

  • Mine ROCKS

  • There goes another kickass product :)

  • which is better H2O 620 or this H50.?

  • please help, do i need to choose the scythe mugen 3.0 or the H50? i have a HAF922 with intel core i5

  • About 6 months ago i bought an ibuypower computer with this cooler installed, I may be a computer noob but when I first bought it I saw and heard (just a little but still there) water running through the radiator, now I'm not seeing or hearing anything. I just noticed that yesterday and its kinda worrying me. I havent seen any changes in performance or any errors but I dont oc my cpu. I have an amd phenom ii x4 970.

  • @dandroid9 i have intel processor and it has a software where you can see the performance of your hardware, how warm is the CPU, motherboard, north and south chips, also the RPM that the fan or cooler developes while it becomes warmer. maybe you can find some kinda software that fits on your amd CPU. but if you see no change on these stats you dont have to be worried if it doesnt sound

  • I wonder how this compares to the newer H80.

  • no differenet from my stock cpu cooler. similar noise level. maybe coz mine is a simple dual core 65watt amd athlon ii 220 cpu. nothing special but i wanna get something decent. dont wanna blow £100 on Nofen silent cpu fan. that one is a beast

  • Why is the wire so short?

  • And I heard that this 1 leaks

  • @169Phoenix well if it leaks they cover for up to 10k damage, so i highly doubt it leaks.

  • The Antec H20 620 looks much better!!!

  • i have no idea ho this thing works.is there a place where you put the liqiudcooling at?

  • @S3cK5hun8 he explained in the video. you dont have to do anything besides install it to ur cpu and case...

  • SIr i'm about to get a gigabyte 990fxa board.can the H50's brackets for amd processors will fit this board? coz h50 fits my budget...

  • hmm... kickass? i hope it kicks the heat's ass not my CPU's ass...

  • I have this on my computer that im typing this on now. IT ROCKS

  • Sound Test: 3:10

  • @oliverfy Oh yes!

  • Just got mine today from newegg in a sealed box .... radiator fins were trashed .. the only thing i got that was any good for my 90 bucks was the instructions and the cardboard box .. good luck

  • @ieatpeas24 Just RMA it with NewEgg, they are REALLY good at taking care of those problems.

  • im sorry but it does not come with a Mirror finish, the finish is rough as hell right out of the box.

  • This isn't a review, it's an ad. Fuck this guy.

  • Hi, I'm Casey Kasem. SAY IT.

  • honestly this guy is lying ive read the corsair forms and this item does infact leak

  • @redzone2003 Bullshit. I've been using this cooler for over a year now and I've never had any problems with it.

  • @redzone2003 i have it dosen't leak

  • cooler master V8 or Corsair H50?

  • @BlackgoldTwinduck Neither

  • this is very small and lots of airflow with extra fans in your case cool everything else v8 is larger and more bulky

  • @BlackgoldTwinduck V8 is way better

  • @BlackgoldTwinduck H50. V8,s too damn big.

  • @BlackgoldTwinduck comparing price, i would say go with the h70. costs same as the v8 and can handle some fairly soft overclocking. currently running my i7 2600k 3.4ghz at 4.7ghz and having no problems or high temps

  • @BlackgoldTwinduck considering price, none of them is rly good. U better go with noctua nh-d14 if you have enough space in your system.

  • ATTENTION:If you need help installing a cpu cooling system, even after this video...you need to give up and accept that your a retard! This thing is junk, the fan is noisy, and your temps are not much different from most stock fans. THIS IS NOT A REAL WATER COOLER! Dont let gay anime nerds and poor gamers tell you any different. Save your bonz kiddies and then buy a real system...but then when the new AMD fusion comes out, you wont even need a fan...PASSIVE!

  • Comment removed

  • @brooklynty87 I believe, that when you say "your a retard", you mean "You're a retard". It seems you do not understand BASIC grammar, yet call others a retard. The least you could do is use proper English, if you wish your nasty comments to be of any effect.

    Best of luck ~

  • @pjmagee1990 HAHAHAHAHAHA! THat was hilarious. Honestly that was the best insult I have ever read. You're a genius!

  • @pjmagee1990

    hahaha

    the irony is delicious

    10 points to you!

  • @pjmagee1990 who cares about spelling on youtube? it shouldnt be a problem there if you could understand it

  • @pjmagee1990 Oh god, the run-on sentences in this insult.

  • Couldnt hear the fan or pump because my shit ass computer is too loud

  • i don't see the point in this. Why would u need water cooling if it has noisy fan? Simple Radiator with fan costs less with the same noise

  • asstech LOL GET IT!!!!!

  • got a question. is there any issue regarding mounting the radiator on specific cpu cases? i have hp elite desktop. i really want to get one of these water cooler, my fan is so noisy when i write articles i cant focus.

  • do the h70

  • 2:07 ac/dc rulz :D

  • Dang canadians

  • is the Cooler master v8 better than the Corsair H50?

  • they do leak actually just had one replaced avoid flexing the pipes from anywhere near the bottom of raidiator there are steel runners from the rad extending about 1.5cm avoid flexinf this area because they WILL split oh by the way CORSAIR designed it not ascock

  • What is the noise like in comparrison to an air cooler.

I think my PC is pretty noisey really.

It's an Asus P6T i7 920 with 6 gig 1600mhz triple channel ram and the temp are fine but could be better.

I'm after noise rueduction, I'd love a near SILENT PC, I think the PSU is kicking out most of the noise? it's a gamerxtreme 850Watt

  • i just bought it .

  • I bought this system, it was a pain to install as I've never done it before, so I had Best Buy install it. over all the hottest this thing ever got was 85*F it boots up at 68*F so I compared those results to my stock fan, that fan ran the system up to 98*F on the desktop with almost nothing running. Thats the main reason I trashed the stock fan. I want my pc to last for a decade. I am very happy with this LC unit. i also have a GS700 PS from corsair. great PS. im a corsair user 4 life.

  • this should be a drinking game, one shot for each time he says "note"... ill be drunk as hell....

  • hey there 3dgameman, i ordered this today, i do not need to fill it up, when i get it? its liquid inside rigth from the box, rigth?

  • @PCRampagE no, this is a totally sealed water cooling solution and it maintanecse free soo, no u dont have to refiill it ;)

  • @83emil83 ok, thank you verry much, really helped me out. i'll might get this tomorrow :)

  • @PCRampagE u wont regrett it, i got it myself and i have overclocked my AMD 1055T to 3.85 ghz from the stock 2.8 ghx, and i got 53C max ;)

  • @83emil83 wow, that sounds great, i got the stock cooler on the AMD Phenom || x4 955 BE, overclocked to 3,5 with stock cooler, and i get 59C at the max. cant wait to get my h50 now ! :D

  • @PCRampagE i think im gonna go for the 4 ghz mark :P

  • @83emil83 sweet, i'll try to atleast reach 3,8 :)

  • so i dont get it.. this fan needs a 3, and a 4 pin connector to work?

or is the 3 pin connector just for your RPM controls?

  • my idle temp is 55c and 60 load when gaming with the default fan to amd phenom ii x4 955 if i got this cooler what would my temps be

  • @Littlestokesey got my phenom x6 II 1090t @ 4.0 Ghz running 30-40 at idle and around 50 under full load, guess your temps will be even lower cuz ur running 2 cores less..

  • @senseibeer ok thanks

  • i wish this guy was my dad...

  • @nascar51523fan

for 3 years now i've been envisioning the sun as a giant stream of piss slowly heading towards our planet...

if that's true, then this man can SURELY be your father.

  • does the h50 come with screws for two fans?

  • should i use noctua nh-d14 or this WC for my I5 2500k? I play heavy game and watch HD movies.

  • @1jln are you going to overclock?

  • @acogscopepwn I will, but not usually

  • @1jln actually i demand quiet one and can cool down my CPU stable

  • @1jln lol than go for it, if you don't do a massive overclock than go ahead and get this one

  • @LetsPlayHDLive "The stock piece of thermal tape on the back of the H50 is Shin Etsu, this is a very good TIM (Thermal Interface Material) and normally ranks above your normal cheaper candidates (MX3 or AS5)."

  • And yet sir, it is as UGLY as Flies on a Bone!

  • what happens when the pump fails?

  • Does air pass through the radiator?

  • @26thZerk ya

  • Got H50 (for $50) with dual fans in push-pull exhaust config on i5 750 overclocked to 3.5GHz. CPU is 36C on idle and 64C on 100% load (by running prime95)

  • WE LOVE YOU RODNEY

  • Does not work with all amd and Intel sockets it doesnt support socket 1155 or 1156

  • is this something you really need in a cheap gaming computer or is it such a dorky thing to say like. I USE THIS AWESOME THING.... ??

  • my sister would like to fu*k you... i swear

  • Hello to everyone, i have a question

Can you guys tellme if can i run this on a Thermaltake WingRS 301 or any other Mid-Tower case? I want to get this on my case, cause it seems to see not that big.

    Thanks for your answers

  • my idle is 15C load: 26C

  • @arbi95 Because you're using an intel atom.

  • @jdcrispe95 wtf? no. i have amd phenom ii 955. it's a custom build

  • @arbi95 hehe I was jokin dude.

  • @jdcrispe95 lol XD

  • Would this be worth AU$100 or can I find cheaper air coolers that deliver the same results? Using i5-750.

  • So is the water already in the pump??

  • @RudeRaptor Yes it is, int he water reservoir

  • cool it looks like what comes out if you mix OCTOPUS and a FUCKIGN ROUNDER. who the fuck would use a rounder as a cpu cooler? i'd take a dump on the cpu and it'd coolb etter (especially if i have diarrhea)

  • hey will it fit well for AM3 socket boards? i want to put it on amd phenom iix6 1055t proccy

  • @hitec1691 newegg reviews say it works well for AM3s. Take newegg reviews with a grain of salt though, eh?

  • it fit in cooler master HAF912 case whitout problem?

  • @burog87 yes

  • How loud is the fan in the Corsair H50? :)

  • @simse25 not loud @ all

  • I freakin' love this guy! So helpful, especially with first time builders!!

  • I just earned you another $, shame on you.

  • this thing is beast dude, i have one kept my 1055t six core at 6 c on idle and 10 under load i have it clocked at 3.6 ghz i render alot of vids and crap its really nice, i do keep my house very cool though in the winter but earlier thisyear i wasn't getting up above 30 c ever!

  • @thegetoffme i have the 1090T x6 core iv been looking to invest a new cooler this seems to be the best way is it worth getting it?

  • I really really doubt this thing cooled it down to 59c on a 4ghz i7. That means this thing is almost as good as a $200-$300 custom loop. I have the H50 with 2 fans push pull and it gets to 80c on my i7 4ghz

  • I am calling complete and utter BS on this review. How much does this guy get paid to test these products? His test procedures must be very poor indeed. Does he throw out the 1st hour of testing and then use an average? If not, bogus report.

Testing over at overclockers cm had these temps on a stock 860 with a 22 ambient. 3.8 put it north of 71. This has been repeated on multiple other sites. Something smells fishy here.

  • @Landrar yeah... gotta admit that an i7 920 @ 4.0 ghz and 1.3v at 59c sounds fishy....

  • Can i install this coller on AMD II X2 245 and Gigabyte GA-MA770T-UD3P?

  • @MIChaelpHELPmeS Yes, but I would put my money elsewhere. This thing really isn't that great.

  • Will it fit in Fractal Designe Define XL?

  • Rodney... Doesn't mixing metals (H50 metals in it) cause problems ? or am I incorrect ?

  • You must have done those tests in an icebox because my H50 with arctic silver and a core i7 930 at same volts and speed WITH 2 high speed fans in push pull gets up to the low 70's

  • @drumsrule786 He did say he did it in a room at 22'C so maybe your arctic silver just needs some time to work properly, my AS 5 also took a while to reach it's full potential.

  • This is a cool cooler because it keeps your cpu cool and looks cool as well. Did i mention that liquid cooling is cool :D

  • This is a winner for me but my only wish for future revisions is that they have an I/O for us to add our own fluids plus allow the hose to be detachable so we can add our own RADIATOR. I'd like to try real COOLANT or maybe get creative with the hoses and use a bucket filled with ICE. LOL.

  • I have one similar to this, but it's an Antec. It was only 20 bucks, and it cools better than a full on liquid cooling module under full load. But idle temps are much higher. I highly suggest one of these as it's no maintenance, and cools better than anything else I've seen. I OC'd .7ghz and heat under full load didn't go up at all. Definitely the way to go.

  • BlaBla. I bought this and what i can say about it is AVOID! Does not perform better than a good air cooler. Pump is loud! First i thought it was faulty but thats how they are! And fan used is OMG stay away. This clearly shows how lab tests are nowhere near a real life performance. And on top of that authors like 3dgameman cannot say anything really bad about brands such as corsair or they would quickly vanish.

  • How much I can overclock my AMD X2 555 with that cooler? Anybody has an idea?

  • @TensonFlo To give you an IDEA. I cool my X4 620 and it's OC from 2.6 GHZ to 3.5Ghz going only 60c. That's better than all the AIR coolers I've ever used in the past. I was using Arctic Freezer Extreme, Typhoon & a few others. Those were FAILS.

This one wins because it keeps all the heat away from the other components & delivers it all to the fan & Radiator.

    What a BEAST & for it's size it's incredible.

  • Really cool cooler! LOL!

  • This guy is so friendly

  • @arminjrdn He may be a killer in person though.

  • @arminjrdn

He's friendly simply because he needs viewers = money.

  • @mathias921 hey we all gotta make a living . He has a familly to feed .

  • @cisco760ca greed my ass.

  • @mathias921 ok if you say so

  • @cisco760ca

Yes sir jerk off, now leave me alone.

  • @mathias921 ok buddy have a good day SHIT FOR BRAINS

  • @cisco760ca

Yeah, you to. Please don't scam and spread hate on YT again, please don't.

  • @mathias921 you might me true but , his reviews are so detailed!Altough... sometimes his ratings are not fair :(

  • @mathias921 have you met the guy in real life or is your opinion based on his videos(Which he is very friendly)? I'm sure he is friendly in person aswell!

  • Can i install this on my side panel window? It would be like the pefect dust filter and cool my cpu at the same time.

  • note note note note note, im going to note that, note what? note just like that, note it, note that, please sir, tell me, did i notice the note that you noted there?

  • which way does the fan blow? does it suck air into the radiator or does it blow it out the back of the pc?

  • @shytzcrazyo if u add 2 fans 1 on each end u can have them sucking the air both in the same direction ---> this apparently cools much more significantly

  • @shytzcrazyo it depends on which way u install the fan im sure u can direct the air in the direction u want but it would be dumb to direct it into the case since it looks like this fan and radiator replace the rear exhaust fan that most cases have

  • @shytzcrazyo You may customise it. But Corsair recommends the fan to blow cool air to the radiator.

  • '...and uses a proprietary AC/DC technology...' :P

  • does it fit in a lancool case if not whats the best case for this

  • @SCoNeIRL It's difficult to say. Best is to ask around to see if anyone fitted the unit in a case similar to yours. The alternative is to see if you can fit two or three fans back-to-back at the back of the case. That's roughly the size of the H50 / H70. The pump is not really a problem, but the radiator adds extra width to the fan at the back of the case. Also, some motherboards protrude at the back, which can get in the way.

  • It will fit in most cases with a bottom mounted PSU.

  • i got the asetek 510LC for my haf rig with phenom II x6 1090T now i know the H50 is way more superior but i heard the H50 is built off asetek's technology so its pretty much the same thing

  • i suck at chemistry but im guessing the fan inside the black cover thing gets so hot it turns the air inside the black cover thing into droplets of steam or water droplets, and the radiator at the back generates the same droplets of steam both are put together to make liquid go back and forth? wouldnt it take pretty long for it to generate liquid? o-O

  • @PiMpStAnLeY well the cpu gets hot in like seconds

  • im a rookie. Wats a custom water cooling kit? Also which other products are better than h50?

  • @phreake2 Custom water block kit : Your standard waterblock + radioator + reservoir + pump + tubing, usually a DYI operation, and requires high maintenance.

Better products : The H70 (needs big case), or any high end air cooler. Megahelm, Noctua NH-D14, ... It's a trade-off. The H50 is not silent but quiet even under load. An air-cooler may have better performance under heavy load (overclock, full load), but will be louder.

The H50 is a good trade-off. Low noise, and good performance.

  • @basstard013 So the noctua d14 is better than h50 then. Interesting. I think id go with h70 if i were building a system. Thanks for the info

  • @phreake2 It's just one of the high end coolers. The Megahelm is quite popular as an alternative. In any case, the fan performance and number have an impact. Look up on the internet for comparisons and reviews of various high performance coolers. The H50 can be put into push-pull configuration, but the gain is marginal.

Also, high end air coolers are quite bulky and heavy (as well as expensive). It's another thing to take into consideration, especially if you intend to move the case about.

  • this is what comes in the Alienware area 51 alx

  • wait wait wait, so you don't need to refill it at all, like never?!?!

    respond back anyone.

  • @iwantpk2 From my understanding,no.
