If you want it get the program audacity and you have to set your recording to stereo mix and you can record it yourself and save it as a WAV file and then then itunes will open it and you can have it on your ipod :] (You will have to play with your sound a little to get it to sound good probably but its so worth messing with for a few minutes) Hope it helps.
