here is the reason it is danica's fault. Has anyone ever heard of a nice little thing called give and take? because she obviously hasn't. if she would've tapped the brake lightly, then she maybe would've lost a position or 2 but at least she'd still be racing. she just kept it wide open and tried to shove her nose into an itsy bitsy space and started to panic and bounce off of the cars around her untill they started to wreck.

@MrTonyozzie you have the figures to back that statement up? I worked on a race team, alongside Danica, back in her Atlantic days and her car was always busted. That and she is was soooooooooooooooooo self-inflated. There were so many good drivers that ran with us that deserved the next step. Her best finish in the years spent next to us was a staggering 3rd. I seriously doubt your statement,but you can't crash anyone out when your a mile behind the field.

Her last one was the first race of the 2009 season when Matos took her out whilst attempting a stupid pass.

She got punted into the sand by Conway and Wheldon hit her in the pits as well last year, but after repair was able to carry on.

They're my figures.

Last season she was never that far behind either, pity Michael had to change things so much, but then again he's a second rater who can't drive an F1 car.

second, with the tires interlocked Danica (center) had no options, plus the sensitivity of the aero on these cars means she was looseing handleing with the disrupted airflow and at 200mph or so aero becomes kinda important.

This is a racing incident. All the drivers involved were at fault. But the real blame goes to the spotters on all 3 teams. Not one told there driver to back off and be patient. What the hell were they doing up there?

Bottom line: Danica should have tapped the brakes and backed off when she was being squeezed like that. Instead, she tried to stay inbetween the two cars, swerving back and forth to avoid hitting anyone, and ultimately, she took out three or four cars with her.

I'm no Danica fan, but that incident was not entirely her fault.

The spotter's of the other 2 driver's are at fault as well; they probably did not give much of a warning to their drivers that they were in a 3-wide situation, and then the driver has to use that information to properly execute the maneuvers.

Bottom line: Danica is not the sole reason for that incident.
