The dog comparison is fallacious, because the genetic difference between breeds of dogs is significantly greater than with any 'race' of humans. Humans are frankly, too similar. And physical features may be more prominent amongst people from certain geographic regions, but almost none of them are exclusive. Race is a social construct.
