Those like groudon,zapdos,moltres,articun­o,Ho-oh,lugia and kyogre cant because of their 4 star body size (the max for a team is 6) therefore with rayquazas body size added it would br over 6 so too large for the team

in the middle of its stage there are mews floating around and with some luck you can recruit them without going to 99F but i still havent got mewto event xD

@BladeEXE67 That's not a bug. Mews are found in Buried Relic 36F-99F if you have the Music Box, and to unlock the Mewtwo event you need to recruit Ho-oh on Mt. Faraway 40F (just like to unlock Deoxys you need to recruit Lugia on Silver Trench B99F).

Fun fact: The recruitment rates of Mewtwo, Lugia, and Ho-oh are all 99.9%

So you're guaranteed to get him as long as you BUY his friend area first (yes it's one at the place where you buy friend areas). I beat him with a Machamp both times by using 2 throwing items
