With pipes atleast 100 years old what do you expect?? theres bound to be some leaks every now and then. What do you want them to do bring all of london to a standstill and replace the whole net work. People will moan that there is a leaking pipe flooding the streets, but they'll also moan when thames are digging up the street trying to fix it!
