god sent his son not him self. so god didnt go through all the suffering for me or any body. he sent his son. i went through an operation knowing that i will be in misery from pain for a week and then have to stay in bead for a month. also knowing that after a month i will be healthy and resume my life in full capacity. what jesus did was some thing similar.

If Jesus was god, then he would have the omniscience of god. Therefore, he would have had no need to contemplate his death. If he did, then he could not be god (because god doesn't exist).

If you are intelligent and open-minded, the credibility of Christianity quickly unravels and caves in upon itself, just like that of every other religion. Religion was created by man. The bible's passages are riddled with contradictions, sexism, intolerance, and bloodshed because they reflect the thoughts and frustrations of men from a primitive time. Mythology is still restricting human rights to this very day.

@Metaphreak Simple answer yes, It has to be available to you somehow. But no in that sense that you dont need to witness or directly experience an event, entity , phenomenon... to believe. Such is the case with a murder, In court we must have evidence that it occurred that does not mean we need to reproduce the event or see it for our selfs to conclude a suspect is guilty. Still We assume the suspect is not guilty till evidence of guilt is established.

Well its anything demonstrable. It could be just Hearsay, circumstantial evidence, which are types of evidence But it certainly isnt a standard of evidence that either of us would accept to believe something exists especially something as extraordinary as a god. right?
Nor do I think a belief in a god needs to have evidence that rises to the level of the scientific method, But its would be very desirable. No?

We understand that God revealed his plan to the Angels, as a test in a way ... about the Creation of Man and the history of Salvation.... etc... and that Lucifer was taken aback... He could no accept this.. that God would become Man and Born of a Women(Mary). at this he Replyed... I will not serve... to which Michael replyed he would... Of course not being able to believe something without evidence is not what I call a choice, anymore than we can choose to believe we can jump off a bridge and survive. If Anything Angels a much Freer choice because it is much more informed: The devil would know if YHWH exists or not.

Im Saying the Devil like the other Angeles knows YHWH exists, And He still can choose to freely disobey. So Angels are obeying or not based on a much more informed decision and so are making a much freer choice. While We must obey on faith, which is an equaly un-justifed reason for obeying any other deity, Us Not haveing evidence or good reason is not better than angels
