My ibiza has the same shape of the back bumper, the slot where the exhaust goes in is VERY small, and I think thatt his guy's bumper is all black by now since the tip is too close to the bumber.

Yes it will happen. 2 sencors are mounted before and after the cat. not to see if people cheat :p but to adjust the amount of fuel in the cylinder by calculating how the smoke is like and therefore how much fuel it needs. although you can switch it out to a race cat. that will increase the flow without turning on your light

Exhaust cost me $280, the custom line (with the adpatation of the exhaust on the car) cost me 1300€

Mine is better.

I got a green air intake, I change my whole exhaust line (headers, metal catalytic converter, resonator all of this custom made, and the HKS muffler), and a ECU remap. After a dyno, I push 86HP (only) but true difference in torque.

There's a lot of tuners house in belgium. And you're not far away from germany. My exhaust line has been made in Belgium by BFR Exhaust!

standard 1.4 has 86, the special edition DAB had the 100bhp.

Dude ive got a seat ibiza 1.4 16v just like the one you have on silver and the only difference is that its 4 doors, just a question did u just buy the exhaust or did u change the whole pipeline system i mean the whole thing. . and how much did it cost u? appreciate the respone :)

I buy the HKS exhaust separatly, and then I change the whole pipe. From the headers, to the exhaust, with a metal cat, resonator and flame stopper. So, yeah, I change de whole thing.

It cost me around 1300 €, jeep in my it's custom made.

Engine, was cold, and the line has just 1 week and 500 km on it. So it was normal. Now, there is no more smoke!!!
